I always thought Salmon was too fishy tasting. I never really cared for it but knew it was super healthy a loaded with Omega 3s. That healthy fat that's great for your brain, skin and hair.

So I tried it again and again and finally came up with a way I love it!! It's really easy to make too.

Take a baking sheet and put parchment paper down. Pre heat the oven to 375. If the skin is one the salmon you can cut it or leave it on . I recommend 1 to 1.5 pounds of salmon for 2-4 people.

Just brush on a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Then add fresh cut lemon on every inch of the salmon, this is the key. Also leave some slices aside for after it's cooked.

Bake in the oven at 375 for 12 to 15 mins (this depends on the thickness and how you like your salmon cooked).

Once baked to your desire add fresh lemons on top and you can even add spices such as dill.
