I Love farmers markets. Guess how much all of this cost? $12!! I should have bought all my veggies for the week at the farmers Market but I have a 2 and 4 year old and they were ready to go home. So I was in a rush!

If you can plan to hit the local farmers market on the weekend and buy your meat at Costco or Sam's you can save so much money!!

You kind of have to plan your meals around what is in season. I already had lettus at home so we made alvocado, radish and strawberry salad for the week.

We also made healthy eggplant chips dipped in Marinara. We cut the eggplant thin, dipped them in egg whites and then in a little panko, salt and pepper, and baked them in the oven on 350 degrees for 25 mintures. They were so good we just had that for dinner one night.

Don't forget to support your local farmers market.
