Grilling and chilling

Don't be afraid of your grill. If you don't know how to use one, ask!
We have a propaine grill and you have to turn on the propaine (MAKE SURE THE LID IS OPEN). Then you turn on the knob and hit the lighter part and bam it's on. Some are a little different but once you learn it's easy. Pre-heat your grill just like an oven you can shut the lid to make it hotter faster.
It's amazing how much better food taste off the grill. My whole family loves skewers. It's out favorite!!
You just dice up Veggies, add meat or cook it on it's own skewer. Salt and Pepper. Or you can marinate them in italian dressing. When I use chicken I always cook that on a seprate skewer because it takes longer to cook then the veggies.
Fresh pineapple is amazing with steak too. Mix it up, you could make a ton like this and have leftovers to bring to work the next day.
