Grilled chicken, sauted green beans and carrots

I grilled these chicken drums for 40 minutes. I seasoned them with garlic and lemon herbs, salt and chipotle pepper to give them a little kick.

I think if people only knew how easy grilling was we’d do it every night. The best part is you can’t have a huge mess.

I just bought the chicken out in a bowl. Washed the bowl with soap and water and brought the bowl back out to take them off the grill. I also washed my tongs. No seminola poisoning in this house ever, I wash everything when it comes to chicken some times multiple times until I know it’s cooked.

I did flip these drums every 7 minutes and had my grill on medium heat. The key is to get the outside crispy while cooking the inside so it takes time.

I then sauted carrots and green beans on medium high heat with coconut oil. I seasoned them with himalayan sea salt and black pepper.

ENJOY! XO Liz
