So I know you have all heard of hummus. But have you heard of Beet hummus. OH MY Goodness it's my new favorite. I really didn't know what a beet tasted like but it's sweet.

If you need a mid-day snack for work this would be an easy thing to prep on a Sunday for the whole week. I also sometimes mix it up and buy those big bag of sweet peppers to dip into my hummus.

Hummus is a healthier options for dips, it provides you with protein and a number of essential vitamin and minerals, and while it can be high in fat, it is mostly heart-healthy unsaturated fat. It's the good fat our body needs and it has many benifits.

It can help keep you regular, improve your bone, muscle, skin, and blood health. Hummus can help lower your cholesterol. It can be a good substitute for unhealthy foods while balancing your blood sugar levels. Chickpeas are high in antioxidants and hummus is great for people with allergies because Hummus is gluten-free, nut free, and dairy free.

Happy Snacking!!!
