Steak, green beans and bursting baked cherry tomatoes with roasted garlic

You really can't have enough garlic!! Garlic is so good for your health on so many levels. Garlic may help improve your iron metabolism so eat it with something high in iron like steak.

Garlic is clearly able to lower our blood triglycerides and total cholesterol too.

I love garlic with cherry tomatoes. I pre-heat my oven to 400 and mix a ton of whole garlic cloves with cherry tomatoes and bake them with a little olive oil, salt and pepper for about 40 mins. The cherry tomatoes just burst in your mouth!

I saute the green beans in a pan with a little olive oil or cocunut oil on medium heat with salt and pepper. You can even add garlic or onions or both in this dish to give it extra flavor.
