What I love about this dish is not only is it healthy it’s fast and easy.

Plus another interesting fact, asparagus along with avocado, kale and Brussels sprouts—is a particularly rich source of glutathione, a detoxifying compound that helps break down carcinogens.

This is why eating asparagus may help protect against and fight certain forms of cancer, such as bone, breast, colon, larynx and lung cancers.

If you cut up the vegetables and chicken on the weekend, dinner can literally be cooked in about 10 mins. Just store the chicken and veggies separate heat up a pan and in about 10 minutes you have a healthy, easy dinner.

Heat up the pan on medium high heat and added a little coconut oil.

Once the pan was high I added the garlic and browned it for about 1-2 minutes. Then add the chicken and the vegetables. I also so used Mrs. Dash lemon and herb seasoning. It goes great on vegetables and chicken. I covered it with a lid to allow it to cook a little faster. I added the lemon right at the end to give it a fresh flavor.

ENJOY Xo Liz
