Low Carb Meatballs
Meatballs!!!
I only used a little breadcrumbs in these meatballs and replaced the rest of the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese. The cheese makes them very tender and delicious and also low carb.
I really suggest making a ton of these on the weekend and maybe freezing half of them so you have another dinner prepped for another night next week. 2 dinners in 1 shot.
1 pound of ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
lots of herbs any kid you want, I used an italian blend
4 to 6 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
Start making your meatballs.
Pre-heat the oven to 350. The next part is optional but my husband insist that I brown the meatballs before I cook them.
I just use a little coconut oil and brown all the sides (you don't have to cook them just get them a little brown).
Then place your meatballs in a tray and add sauce. Bake on 350 for 35 to 40 mins.
