Roasted Garlic


We had Garlic left over from making Schneider sauce. What is Schneider Sauce?

I'll be posting about that soon. It's our home-made hot sauce we make. We have 5 different kinds but we just made Garlic Sauce that normally has 9 pounds of garlic in 1 batch.

Garlic is super healthy and one of my favorite things to put on just about anything. You can spread this on bread or on your chicken and steak. You can just eat it by itself!

All you need is some peeled Garlic, a little olive oil about a tablespoon or two and some Salt and pepper.

I wrapped it in foil.

You can either bake in on 350 for about 35 to 40 min or through it on the grill for about 40 mins. You really can't mess it up, it just gets soft and amazing!

You can also add Cherry tomatoes to this mix and serve it on bread or by itself.
